I have been involved in art for most of my life with my art practice taking in a range of media including printmaking, painting and ta moko (tattoo skin art).
My knowledge and experience in New Zealand, Pacific and Maori art has led to my being consulted on curating and purchasing of works for collections.
More recently (2010) I completed a book entitled 'Maori Art and Design' which provides a useful introduction to a range of customary Maori arts.
